Royal Lighted Village Catalogue No. 203V - Pt 3 Hotel Royale

Continuing our series of the Royal Lighted Village from the 1950s: Every town worth it's weight in cardboard needs a hotel and the Royal Lighted Village comes through with Hotel Royale. The building measures 3 7/8" (9.8cm) W x 2 1/4" (5.7cm) D x 4 5/8" (11.7cm) H. On this building the flap which serves as the roof was either creased at the wrong point which caused the back wall to bow out or there was enough shrinkage in the cardboard to cause the bow. In either case it's quite perceptible. Enjoy! Opa Fritz and Oma Bettina
