Kyowa Toy Co. No. 60 Scenicruiser Greyhound Bus

Now here's a really cool tin-litho friction motor Greyhound bus from the Kyowa Toy Co. of Japan. While tin buses are always popular, the Greyhound banner is the most popular as it has been America's premier overland bus company for decades and a brand instantly recognizable to all. The toy resembles GM's 'New Look' transit bus commonly known as the "fishbowl" which was introduced in 1959. The toy itself dates from the 1960s and measures 7 3/4" (19.7cm) L x 2 1/2" (6.4cm) W x 2 1/2" (6.4cm) H. Enjoy!
